Set up of Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme
- The MPF is mandatory and every employer must establish a scheme
- Except for exempt persons, you are required to make arrangements for both full-time and part-time employees aged between 18 and 65 and employed for 60 days or more to join a registered MPF Scheme.
Set up of Employee compensation Insurance
- An employer must be in possession of a valid insurance policy to cover his liabilities both under the Employees' Compensation Ordinance.
- The selection and engagement of the insurance benefit scheme for the employer/employee. Premium depends on annual wages, nature and place of work.
